The Dragonfly's Den is solely an online resource and has no current storefront to visit.  Please enjoy your online shopping experience and if there is a product you would like to see on this site, feel free to let us know.  If there is an artist who you think would be well represented on The Dragonfly's Den, please feel free to let us and the artist know. 



Shipping

Shipping to the Continental United States is Free.  For orders outside the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii please email or call us with your requested order and I can get your quote processed quickly.



Returns and Repairs

Returning Items:

 

Returns must be within 30 days of receipt for exchange only. All returned items must be in excellent condition to be accepted. All items are shipped in excellent condition or as described with any flaws or defects.  Damage encoured during shipping, or lost pachages should be resolved with the shipping company.  The cost of return shipping and shipping charges for replacement items are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Prior to return shipment, please email us of your order so we can notify you of the address to return the itmes.  As all of our items are not in our warehouse and shipped directly from the artist(s), the return shipment should go back to the artist(s).

 

For item/s damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with UPS. If the packaging appears damaged when you receive it please check the contents straight away. If you find damage upon delivery you can refuse the package and UPS will begin a claim process. Once the claim is filed (1-4 days) we will send you a replacement order.

 

We do not recommend shipping franchises to return goods as they are generally overpriced. It is recommended that you use the UPS, DHL or FedEx hub, not the retail store.  If you use the United States Postal Service, it is recommended that you purchase insurance and ship with a Tracking Number.

 

Instrument Repair & Replacement

 

Didgeridoo Only

We guarantee to repair any instrument(s) purchased from us that develops a crack, with exception to abuse above and beyond normal wear and tear.  Simply return the instrument(s) safely and insured, and we'll determine if it can be professionally repaired.

 

We pack orders with great care. UPS has never denied us a claim. If they break it they buy it. If an instrument is broken during shipping we will file a claim with UPS on your behalf. Once the claim is filed we will send you a replacement instrument of your choice.  Any costs for replacement items above the cost of the original purchase are the responsability of the purchaser. We want you to very happy with your purchase. If you recieve a box that appears damaged please check the contents straight away. If you find damage upon delivery you can refuse the package and UPS will begin a claim process. Many items are shipped directly from the artist and if repairs are necessary, it is recommended that you contact the artist/craftsman directly for instructions on the return shipment.
